Board Of Directors

Ms. Cathy Bowers is a 30 year industry veteran with experience in Music Publishing, Studio Production, Artist Development and Artist Management. She has represented artists such as Jessica Simpson, Michael W. Smith, Dru Hill, SILK, Fred Hammond, Hezekiah Walker, Commission and John P. Kee. Her label credits are Island, Elektra, EMI/Chordant, Virgin, Benson/A&M, and ZOMBA. She now heads Y3K Music Entertainment Group and All Associated Labels which participates in all facets of the music, film and television industries. She also now manages the day to day operations for The Rahni Song Production Network and all production activities of CEO, Award Winning Producer, Engineer, Composer and Songwriter Rahni Song.

Ms. Oluranti Rotimi-Adebisi is an Anesthetic Practitioner in London, UK. As a born-again Christian, she has been a laborer in the Lord’s vineyard. She is also a motivational speaker and very strong prayer warrior and an encourager as well as versed in the gospel.

Ada Okika is an educationist and currently the Executive Director for UNESCO Center for Global Education, a chapter of the U.S Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centers and Association where she develops program strategies, organize education and training, carryout research and ensure successful implementation of initiatives. Her strengths in developing ideas into programs and building a top-performing initiative have earned repeated commendations and formal recognition from people she has worked with.

Ada Okika is a recipient of awards such as Community Leader Award, Gender Advocate Award and Woman for the Millennium Award. She is also a Global Ambassador for Peace. She is committed with passion to the sustainable future of children, youth and young adults, women and girls; and has established program to help in providing the support assistance to the future the world wants. She is committed to the overall health being of women and runs a global campaign along the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 and targets on My Sisters’ Health Initiative.

Nonye Ejiofor is a highly motivated caring individual with sixteen years of working in a non-profit organization. She is very comfortable in interacting with individuals from diverse background educating, empowering, counseling, training them for quality and excellence in life. She is a strong advocate for the children, youths, poor families, widows, elderly, mentally challenged, and the immigrant community. She has distinguished herself in working with the less privileged in America and in Nigeria. She has been working with elementary schools distributing school supply and high school students educating them about HIV/AIDS in eastern part of Nigeria since 2002. She has also contributed to the leadership services of Metro Nashville Government Nashville of Davidson County. She served in the Mayor Karl Dean’s New Americans Advisory Committee. She is a member of Leadership Nashville class of 2006 Served in the Diversity Committee promoting harmony in diversity for Nashville and Davidson County. She is a member of Davidson Group. Nonye Ejiofor also served as a Commissioner with Metro Human Relations Commission under Mayors Bill Purcell and Karl Dean. Her duties included Management core project, Building Strength from Diversity, former Chairperson, Advocacy and Community Affairs Committee and a member, Public Compliant Hearing Committee. Ms. Ejiofor has served in many boards including American Association of Refugees and Immigrant Women, Women In Number (WIN), Former NCCJ, Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition. She also served as a member of diversity committee of CABLE, Nashville and a member of EBICARE Human Rights Committee.  She is a volunteer speaker on diversity and on cultural integration of immigrants and refugees, Breast cancer awareness and education workshop instructor and advocate for the importance of self-breast health and early detection of breast cancer and economic empowerment workshops on how to start and run a business. She has been professionally recognized with an award as Bank of America Local Hero. (Bank of America Neighborhood Excellence Initiative) She was a nominee of Athena Award, an award honoring outstanding women leaders for their career successes, service to community and encouragement of women. She holds a Bachelor of Education and Master of Education in Counseling. She is married with three children.
